Please be aware that we reserve the right to charge for any session not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. This ensures we can continue to provide the best service possible to you and other clients.
Please arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out some necessary paperwork for your file, OR complete the forms online after you receive your login to the patient portal. These forms are also available (HERE) and can be printed out and completed prior to your scheduled appointment. Please bring these completed forms with you to your appointment.

Do you accept insurance?
We do accept most insurance, including Medicare, however please be aware that individual policies vary greatly. Please contact your insurance carrier to verify that Dayspring is an approved provider. Credentials of our therapists are as follows: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and Licensed Certified/Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). If you'd like us to check your BCBS insurance for you, you can put in your insurance information in the form field to the right and as soon as we get a chance we will try to find that out for you. Please allow us 3 business days to verify your insurance information. We are currently unable to accept Medicaid.
You will be responsible to pay your copay at the time of your counseling session.
What if I don't have insurance or my policy won't cover your services? Dayspring accepts clients who do not have insurance and will provide a Good Faith Estimate for services. We strive to keep our fees competitive with those of other professional counseling services.
If your insurance is out of our network coverage we can discuss options, contact us.
If you cannot afford our regular fees you may qualify for a reduced fee under one of our special programs. Sometimes churches will sponsor their members who are in need of services. We also accept donations from individuals who wish to assist or scholarship someone in need of counseling services. Please contact our office if you feel that you qualify.
Will my sessions be kept confidential?
Yes, the client/therapist relationship is one protected by law. Information disclosed during session is not released unless the client gives the therapist permission to do so. There are exceptions to this: A court may subpoena or order the release of information in some cases. If a client presents to be a danger to him/herself or to someone else, the therapist is required by law to intervene/report. If a therapist suspects child/elder abuse or neglect, the therapist is required by law to report this information to the necessary authorities.
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept all forms of payments: cash, check, and all major credit cards. Now accepting American Express. Most HSA and FSA cards can be used to pay for services.
